Our products are digital downloads, delivered electronically after purchase. As no physical items are shipped, all sales are generally considered final.

Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase has been completed and the product has been downloaded or accessed.

Exceptions

If you experience any of the following, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue:

• You were charged more than once for the same purchase.
• You did not receive your download due to a technical issue.
• The file is corrupted or cannot be opened.
• You received the wrong product.
